Activation FAQ

How do I activate my StreetEagle GPS?

1. Click the "Activate My GPS!" button in the top nav bar.
2. From the Service Plan matrix, select the plan you need by clicking the "Activate" button in the service plan column
3. Review the service plan chosen, and click "Add to Cart" to proceed
4. Review the items in your shopping cart and make sure the quantity matches the number of GPS units you want to activate.
5. For new customer, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button down towards the bottom of the page. For exisiting customer, login and checkout with your existing account
6. Fill out the 1-page order form with your credit card information and click "Place Order" to proceed
7. Once you get your order/receipt number, click the link at the bottom for "StreetEagleMobile Setup & Activation". You can also go directly to www.streeteagle-gps.com/setup


How do I process my Activation that I purchased?

1. Go to www.streeteagle-gps.com/setup
2. Enter your email address, click "Next" button
3. For new customers, you will need to create a username and password for your StreetEagleMobile access. This login information is cAsE sensitive and must be at least 5 characters in length.
4. For each activation purchased, enter your 15 digit IMEI number found on the front of your activation guide. This number is also located toward the bottom of the label on the GPS tracking unit.
5. Enter a vehicle name(s) for the corresponding IMEI unit number. This must be at least 5 characters in length and should generally describe the vehicle type or driver.
6. Click the "Finish" button. This will take you to www.streeteaglemobile.com, which is where you want to log in and begin tracking your vehicle.

Did you purchase a StreetEagle Service Plan?
Yes. Ok great, please go to www.streeteagle-gps.com/setup, enter your email, and process your activation.
No. Please go to www.streeteagle-gps.com/serviceplans, select your plan, add to cart, and checkout. Once that is complete, go to www.streeteagle-gps.com/setup to process your activation.

Did you go to the Activation Utility?
Yes. Ok you're almost there. Please process your activation by entering your email address, create your StreetEagleMobile login, enter your IMEI and vehicle name, and "Finish" your activation.
No. Please go to www.streeteagle-gps.com/setup to process your activation.

Did you process the Activation?
Yes. Please proceed to login at www.streeteaglemobile.com.
No. Please go to www.streeteagle-gps.com/setup to process your activation. You'll need to enter your email address, create your StreetEagleMobile login, enter your IMEI and vehicle name, and "Finish" your activation.


Other guidelines to follow in Activating your GPS

1. Usernames and Passwords must be at least 5 characters. Letters, numbers, and special characters (@*&^%) are allowed. cAse sEnSiTiVe. Passwords can be changed within account settings in StreetEagleMobile (www.streeteaglemobile.com).
2. The GPS unit IMEI is the entire 15 digit number. It can be found on the activation guide and on the GPS device itself.
3. Vehicle names must be unique. If an issue occurs with the vehicle name during activation, please try adding additional numbers and/or letters to the vehicle name. Vehicle names can be changed later within vehicle settings in StreetEagleMobile (www.streeteaglemobile.com). Vehicle names cannot contain apostrophes or commas.
4. Activation Guide. Please keep this documentation for your records. If the GPS unit is transferred to a new vehicle owner, this paperwork is needed to allow them to activate.
